The hotel is ideal and the rooms are brand-new. The staff are very very helpful and always attentive, managed the parking on site. Its location is perfect and magnificent, near a 16th century monastery.

The location was nice and absolutely perfect for walking around Calle de Las Damas. The room was very well decorated with a balcony, stayed here for 1 night. Throughout the day staff were extremely helpful.

The hotel was quirky and beautifully decorated with diligent staff members and a rooftop bar. Appreciated a mini fridge bar, a coffee maker, and a writing desk in the room.

The staff was amazingly attentive every time I needed help. The location was incredible: a big supermarket and a supermarket were within walking distance. I was surprised at nearby Rita's Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.

Location is good - 7 minutes of straight walking distance from main square of Zona Colonial. Three minutes form area with 5 nice restaurants.

My roam was facing internal yard so check while booking if you prefer to have windows with street view. But note that those rooms will be facing the street with have traffic at working days with associated noise. Stuff is friendly but you will observe problems while communicating in English. While checking in the receptionist forgot to mention that you need to request a key to lock you safe in the room (and to leave usd10 deposit for that), it took me 4 phone conversations on pigeon English to understand this and finally I was forced to come back from my room to reception get the key. Room cleaning is not perfect and I was observing black hair all over during 5 days of my stay (I am blond :)). Breakfasts are very nominal and of poor quality and after one try I decided to have breakfasts in the city. WiFi is pretty good with downloads up to 250 Kbit/sec (ask for a password to use). Taxi to airport costs usd 40 (order at reception). Conclusion: you may expect to have more for usd80 per night. If you want to stay in center to explore Zona Colonial - this hotel could be one of the options.
